1. Returns – Not Accepted
Please note that we do not accept any returns once a product has been delivered.
All items purchased from Mishara are final sale. This policy is in place due to the delicate nature of our jewelry and for hygiene and safety reasons, as many of our pieces are worn close to the skin.
We kindly ask our customers to read the product descriptions thoroughly and refer to the sizing and material details before placing an order. You may also contact our team with any questions prior to purchasing – we’re here to help!
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we strive to ensure that every product is carefully packaged and shipped in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit.
If you receive an item that is:
