1. If you do not like a product, you can place a replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a store credit.
2. To be eligible, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
3. Once we receive the returned item, a store credit will be issued (after deducting shipping charges), which can be used within 3 months.
4. To initiate a return or replacement, please WhatsApp us on 8690918035 within 3 working days, along with your Order ID and reason for return.
