1. If you do not like a product, you can place a replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a store credit.
2. To be eligible, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer).

3. Once we receive the returned item, a store credit will be issued (after deducting shipping charges), which can be used within 3 months.

4. To initiate a return or replacement, please WhatsApp us on 8690918035 within 3 working days, along with your Order ID and reason for return.
(The return window will automatically close after 3 days)

1. Items purchased during Clearance Sale / Milestone Sale / Birthday Sale are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Returns are accepted only if:

the product is damaged upon arrival (Unboxing video is mandatory).

1. COD is available on all orders up to a maximum cart value of ₹2000.
2. Orders exceeding ₹2000 are not eligible for COD.
3. COD orders may take 4–5 business days for delivery.

1. Necklaces: All necklaces shown in the photos are of a standard neck length and come with an adjustable chain for a comfortable fit.
Y-Shape Necklaces: These are designed as shown in the images and are fully adjustable.

2. Bracelets: Standard size, suitable for wrist sizes ranging from 2x4 to 2x6.
(Exception: Items specifically labeled as “Baby Size” in the product title.)

3. Rings: All rings are adjustable for an easy fit.
(Exception: Rings with a specific size mentioned in the product description.)
